2007 AM General M1151A1 ECV HMMWV Humvee

DESCRIPTION

For those familiar with the civilian Hummer H1, the HMMWV is the military platform that preceded and provided the basis for the H1. The M1151A1 offers the opportunity to own the genuine military version of this iconic vehicle rather than a civilian interpretation.

It has been carefully restored and sorted over several years by an experienced collector, with extensive receipts and photographs documenting the restoration and work performed. The truck starts, runs, and drives strong and looks great.

The M1151A1 ECV/REV is a later-generation HMMWV with significant improvements over earlier variants, including the 6.5L turbo-diesel engine, 4-speed automatic transmission, revised differential gearing, enhanced cooling, and improved steering.

The vehicle has received extensive attention over several years, including drivetrain refurbishment, fuel-system work, cooling-system work, electrical and lighting upgrades, cosmetic restoration, weather sealing, and numerous replacement components.
